Hi, I’m Char, and I am a fitness professional with over 30 years of experience with advanced certifications is various fitness disciplines such as group classes & yoga, Additionally, I have received accreditations as a Certified Menopause Health Coach & Menopause Therapy for Joint Health and Personal Training.
I’ve had a passions for health and exercise for decades, but my mission became even more personal as I transitioned through peri & post-menopause and began to understand firsthand the unique challenges that come with aging—especially for women.
Now, one of my main areas of focus is supporting the aging population with safe, effective and affordable fitness programs tailored to meet changing bodies and lifestyles.
