Being outdoors adds an entirely different dimension to this practice. The gentle breeze, birdsong, rustling leaves, and fresh evening air naturally calm the nervous system, allowing you to feel even more grounded and connected. As the sounds of the instruments blend with the sounds of nature, you'll experience a unique sense of peace that simply can't be recreated indoors. A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience that can help: ✨ Reduce stress and anxiety ✨ Quiet a busy mind ✨ Promote deep relaxation ✨ Leave you feeling refreshed, centred, and renewed No experience is necessary—simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you get comfortable as you soak in this magical outdoor evening. 🌙 Space is limited to preserve the peaceful atmosphere, so be sure to reserve your spot early. Cancellation Policy To cancel out of a class, please send a text to 905-301-1186 or use the Fit by Wix app. Please cancel with a minimum 1 hour notice prior to the class start time. All classes are subject to cancellation due to weather based on the discretion of the instructor. Participants will be notified of class cancellations with a minimum of 1 hour notice via text message or email. Photo Consent Statement By participating in this fitness class, you consent to photographs and/or videos being taken, which may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor before the class begins.
