Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy To cancel out of a class, please send a text to 905-301-1186 or use the Fit by Wix app. Please cancel with a minimum 1 hour notice prior to the class start time. All classes are subject to cancellation due to weather based on the discretion of the instructor. Participants will be notified of class cancellations with a minimum of 1 hour notice via text message or email. Waiver Policy By registering for this fitness class or event, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own risk. You understand that fitness activities involve a risk of injury, and you assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur before, during or after the class. You hereby release and hold harmless the instructor, assistants, and any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injuries, illness, or damages sustained as a result of participation in this class. You affirm that you are physically capable of participating and have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary. By registering for this class, you agree to the terms of this waiver. Photo Consent Statement By participating in this fitness class, you consent to photographs and/or videos being taken, which may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor before the class begins.
