End your day with a soothing outdoor stretch session designed to help you relax, release tension, and reset. Sunset Stretch is a gentle, beginner-friendly class focused on slow, mindful movement and deep stretches—perfect for anyone looking to ease into the evening with calmness and intention. Set against the peaceful backdrop of the setting sun, this class will leave you feeling grounded, open, and at ease—both in body and mind. Benefits include: 🌅 Improved flexibility and mobility 🌅 Reduced stress and muscle tension 🌅 Better sleep and recovery 🌅 A calm, peaceful mindset to end your day 🌅 Connection to nature and your breath Bring a mat, cozy layers, and your favorite way to relax. All levels are welcome. Classes every Wednesday 8:00 - 8:45 p.m. First class begins June 4, 2025

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To cancel out of a class, please send a text to 905-301-1186. Please cancel with a minimum 1 hour notice and include your name and class time. All classes are subject to cancellation due to weather based on the discretion of the instructor. Participants will be notified of class cancellations with a minimum of 1 hour notice via text message.
