Service Description
Step onto your mat and dive into a graceful, breath-led flow designed for those with previous yoga experience. This intermediate-level class weaves together creative sequences, fluid transitions, and mindful movement all to the beat of the music. Expect a strong yet soothing flow that builds heat, enhances flexibility, and cultivates strength. The session will wrap up with a perfectly choreographed sequence to a very special surprise song. Through continuous movement and intentional breathwork, you'll leave feeling energized, balanced, and grounded—with a calm mind, open heart, and a renewed sense of flow both on and off the mat. ✨ Benefits: Improves mobility, flexibility, and core strength Boosts circulation and body awareness Enhances mental clarity and emotional resilience Encourages mindfulness through movement Perfect for: Practitioners familiar with foundational yoga poses, looking to expand their practice with fluidity and grace. Cancellation Policy To cancel out of a class, please send a text to 905-301-1186. Please cancel with a minimum 1 hour notice and include your name and class time. All classes are subject to cancellation due to weather based on the discretion of the instructor. Participants will be notified of class cancellations with a minimum of 1 hour notice via text message.
